One day. Shootout only. Built like MYM.

The tournament you know, turned into a training day at Place Bell in Laval. Two ice sessions on breakaways and dekes, a video session on real MYM clips, off-ice stick handling, and a locker room set up like game day. Skaters and goalies. $85 per player.

What's included

2 ice sessions
90 minutes in the morning, 90 minutes in the afternoon. Breakaways, dekes, releases, reading the goalie. Reps, reps, reps.

Video session
One hour breaking down real MYM shootout clips. What worked, what didn't, and why.

Stick handling activation
Off-ice hands work before you hit the ice, so the puck already feels right on your first rep.

MYM locker room
Music, your spot, the tournament vibe. Group briefings happen here before every ice session.

Skaters and goalies
Two small groups built by level and position. Goalies get their own reads on every shootout, coached by Paramount Hockey.

Full day
A complete day of camp, morning to afternoon. Lunch break at noon (bring your own).

Frequently asked.

Who is the camp for?

Skaters and goalies who want to get better at shootouts. Groups are built by level and position, so everyone trains with players their level.

What do I need to bring?

Full equipment, two sticks, a water bottle and your lunch. Off-ice shoes for the activation block.

Can I register more than one player?

Yes. Complete one registration per player: fill in the form, add to cart, then come back and do it again for the next player. Everything goes in the same order.

What's the refund policy?

Full refund until September 20. After September 20, no refund.
