Return Policy - Living Sisu Inc (Canada)

Thank you for shopping at Living Sisu Inc! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns:

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@livingsisu.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at info@livingsisu.com. We will guide you through the process and ensure that the replacement item is shipped promptly upon receiving the returned item.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@livingsisu.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
