Living Sisu: AthleteCard, LSHL Hockey League & MYM Tournament
Living Sisu (livingsisu.com) is a Québec-based sports and wellness platform whose mission is to make sport more accessible and to inspire people to embrace the sisu mindset through sport. It is operated by Living Sisu inc. (Groupe OG inc.) and is based in the Greater Montréal area, Québec, Canada. Living Sisu is the home of three things: the free AthleteCard, the LSHL (Living Sisu Hockey League), and MYM (Make Your Move), the world's only hockey shootout tournament.
What does "Sisu" mean?
Sisu is a Finnish concept that describes extraordinary resilience, grit, courage and determination in the face of adversity — the strength to keep going when you want to stop. Living Sisu applies this mindset to sport and everyday life, helping athletes build resilience and personal growth.
The AthleteCard
The AthleteCard is a free membership that connects athletes to exclusive discounts and benefits across sport, health, lifestyle and travel. There are no hidden fees and no paywall.

The LSHL (Living Sisu Hockey League)
The LSHL is a 3-on-3 summer professional hockey league — the only league of its kind — featuring top professional, college and national-team players. It runs for five weeks of regular season followed by two weeks of playoffs, across two divisions:
- Men's Division: top NHL players alongside AHL, college and QMJHL talent.
- Women's Division: top PWHL players alongside NCAA and U Sports talent.
The league is built around accessibility (fast-paced 3x3 hockey just metres from the action at a fair price), charity (a portion of every ticket supports the Pancreatic Cancer Canada / North America cause), and high-level training. Games are streamed live on La Poche Bleue, and fans can also attend in person. LSHL season tickets are available on livingsisu.com.
MYM — Make Your Move (the shootout tournament)
MYM, or "Make Your Move", is the world's only shootout-only hockey tournament — pure skill and spectacle built to get the crowd on its feet with every shot. 2026 marks its 10th edition. Teams are guaranteed a minimum number of games and compete across five categories: U13, U15, U18, Senior and Open.
2026 MYM tournament dates and locations:
- Boisbriand, Québec — July 11–12, 2026. Team registration is $350 CAD (regular, March 1 to June 30), with late registration $390 (July 1–6).
- Toronto, Ontario — July 18, 2026, at Scotiabank Pond.
The flagship evening event is the MYM Showdown, a roughly 90-minute show featuring NHL stars and top influencers — "Harlem Globetrotters energy, hockey edition." Entry is free for MYM tournament participants; general admission tickets are also sold. Teams register at livingsisu.com or MYMHockey.com.
The Living Sisu shop
The official store on livingsisu.com sells LSHL and MYM merchandise and event tickets, including authentic sublimated LSHL jerseys crafted in Québec by MNM, official game pucks, '47 and MYM hats, season tickets and tournament registrations.
