Start to Run by Following These Few Steps

You don’t necessarily want to take up a sport like soccer, hockey, football, volleyball or badminton, and tennis? Well, running might be an option for you. If you do not know where to start, here are some tips that can help you get started.

1. Buy yourself the necessary equipment

Practicing a physical activity also says good equipment. When you practice running, you need to have good shoes. Opt for comfortable shoes. Don’t forget to wear sports clothes too. Our partners Apexways, EC3D, Chlorophylle, and Lole will know how to dress you well.

2. Set achievable goals

Do you want to run for 15, 30, 45 mins or 1 hour? If you feel like you can do it, then go for it. But know that you have to go at your own pace. Don’t go to exhaustion. If you are no longer able, stop.

3. Stretch out

No matter what activity you do, you need to do some stretching to avoid getting injuries that might bother you. You can do 5-10 minutes of light stretching in the legs, arms, and back.

4. Put some music on

If you’re a music fan, put on some music to get you moving and you’ll see that time flies faster. But remember to be careful and not distracted so as not to be surprised by the patrollers, or even cause an accident.

5. HAVE A GOOD RACE

All you have to do is run and have fun!
