Ah! The warm weather and the heat! We’ve been expecting them for several months. Thanks to their arrival, the picnic season in beautiful places is officially launched. As you know, we’re here to keep you up to date with all the latest trends and that’s why we’re offering you these various places that will make your picnics unforgettable!

1. Jarry Park 

Address: 285 Rue Gary-Carter, Montréal, QC H2R 2W1

Pricing: Free

Features: This huge park will allow you to have a picnic but you’ll also be able to enjoy various activities and meet a lot of people. In fact, our Lole X Living Sisu event was held here last summer.

2. Bois-de-l’Île-Bizard Nature Park

Address: 2115 Chemin du Bord-du-Lac, Mtl, Qc

Pricing: Paid parking

Features: Rich in a great diversity of ecosystems, its marshes and swamps allow you to observe the flora and fauna.

3. Centre de la nature

Address: 901 Avenue du Parc, Laval, QC H7E 2T7

Pricing: Free entry and free parking for Laval residents

Features: This family park will allow you to spend a pleasant day by participating in various activities.

4. La Fontaine Park

Address: 3819, avenue Calixa-Lavallée Montréal QC H2L 3A7.

Pricing: Free

Features: La Fontaine Park is the ideal place for a family picnic and for relaxing. Sometimes, weddings are celebrated there.

5. Visitation Island Nature Park

Adresse: 11062 Ave. Wilfrid-Saint-Louis, Montréal-Nord, QC H1H 5K7

Pricing: 2H: $ 7.50 & for the day, $ 9.50

Features: It is the most urban park of all nature parks. You will be able to practice many activities there, such as going on an 8.5 km hike and learning more about history.

6. Frédéric Back Park

Address: 2345 Rue Jarry E, Montréal, QC H1Z 4N1

Pricing: free entry and parking

Features: This former landfill site is now one of the most beautiful parks. It is dedicated to the environment, culture, leisure, and sports.

7. Oka Beach 

Address: 2020 Chemin d’Oka, Oka, QC J0N 1E0

Pricing: park entry is free and paid parking

Features: Located in Oka National Park, Oka Beach is the place for a family picnic and a quick swim, not to mention the many activities you can do there.

8. Cap-St Jacques Nature Park Beach

Address: 20099 Boul Gouin O, Pierrefonds, QC H9K 1C6

Pricing: 2H: $ 7.50 & for the day, $ 9.50

Features: This is the largest park in Montreal. Several trails will allow you to have a magnificent view of the water. swimming, cycling, sliding, snowshoeing (5 km), hiking (7 km), cross-country skiing (14 km), and fatbike (6.5 km) are all available to you.

9. Mount-Royal Park

Address: 1260 Chemin Remembrance, Montréal, QC H3H 1A2

Pricing: paid parking

Features: If you want to discover Montreal’s flora and fauna in all its splendor, Mount Royal Park is the one I recommend. You can have a picnic, go jogging or cycling and discover Beaver Lake.

10. Berge aux Quatre-vents

Address: 925 Rue Riviera, Laval, QC H7R 2C6

Pricing: Free

Features: This is the best place in Laval to watch the sunset.

Not only will you be in a beautiful place with your favorite people, but you will also be able to say like our dear Obelix when appetite goes, anything goes! Have a nice picnic!
