We’ve all developed our routine, our lifestyle and we like to be in our comfort zone. Sometimes it’s hard to get out of it. Here are some tips that could help you get out of your comfort zone when it comes to sports.
1. Exercise in a different location
If you’re used to training in your basement, try doing it outdoors whether it’s in a park or in your backyard, if you can. If you can afford it, you can also go to the closest gym near you. This is a very good way to start getting out of your comfort zone.
2. Take small steps

3. Take your time
One of the keys to get out of your comfort zone is to take your time. When you’re ready to make new changes in your life, do it. Life is not a race. Go and perform at your own rhythm.
